China Business Visa - F Visa

Issued to foreigners who are invited to China for business visit, research, lecture, scientific, technological and cultural exchanges. Single-entry, double-entry, multiple-entry business visa are available. The duration of (each) stay is 30-90 days. Two years multiple entry business visa is now also available for:

  • You had a multiple entry 12 months or 6 months business visa which expired less than a year or so, plus a company letter on your company letterhead requesting for 24 months multiple entry visa.
  • You had at least 1 double entry or 2 single entry business visa and enter China twice with them in the recent 12 months, plus a company letter on your company letterhead requesting for 24 months multiple entry visa.
  • You have an official visa notice which indicates you are pre-approved for at least 12 months multiple entry business visa.

  Remarks:  
     
  Number of Entry
Means how many times you can enter China on the same visa. For example "Double Entry" means you are permitted to enter China twice before it expires.		  
     
  Processing Time
Processing time means the time that the Chinese Consulate needs to process your visa application.
The total time needed to get your passport back should be calculated by adding processing time and return shipping time
Cut off time is 9:00 am. Your visa application will be sent to the Chinese Consulate for processing on the same day if we receive your package by 9:00 am. Packages received after that will be processed the next business day.
Allow yourself sufficient time for processing visa.		  
     
  Visa Fees
The fees include consulate fee, AmeriIBG service fee and return shipping by FedEx.		  
     
  FAQ: How Long I Can Stay?
- Duration of stay is normally 30 - 90 days for single, 12 months and 24 months multiple entry visa; 30 - 60 for double entry visa and 6 months multiple entry visa.
- Duration of stay is decided by the Chinese Consulate.

1 Actual passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank visa page  
     
2 One Visa Application Form per person
  
  Completely filled-out and signed. Fill out either on your computer or using black or blue pen. Do not use pencil or pen with red ink.  
     
3 One recent passport-type photograph  
  Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size. Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable.
